- We continue to track the shipment until delivery.
- We proactively raise queries with the relevant shipping companies where necessary.
- We keep the customer the updated when necessary.
- We quickly re-ship the order, no questions asked, by an alternative method if something happened to impede the delivery of the original shipment. If and when the original shipment arrives, you can keep it. It's on us. :-)

Many of our clients are situated in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada, which is a great distance from Trinidad. As such we are aware that returns would be expensive, therefore we are initiating a 30-Day Photo Expedited Money Back Guarantee which would allow you receive your money back up to 30 Days after the order once provided with a photo depicting the flaw. The process would be as follows:
- Send an email with a photo clearly showing the concern or flaw to [email protected] with the order number.
- We would reply to assist and addres your concerns within 24 Hours.
- If you are still unhappy, we refund the payment.
- You keep the product, no need to return.
